Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. All bug fixes and
email support are free irrespective of the version. You receive free upgrades
for 12 months from the date of purchase and free lifetime bug fixes. Upgrades
beyond 12 months are not compulsory and always offered at reasonable prices.
The system seems to cover
most of our needs but what if we have some specific requirements.
Send us the details and we will consider them for
incorporation in future releases. We are always looking for new features to

That's not a problem. Just send us a copy of your
assessment chart and we will add that in for you.
We will be
bringing out very shortly a multiple user version which will automatically
synchronise the two databases. All you will need to do is to transfer the log
file to the other machine and the software will do the rest. Being a 2 way
process both machines will always be kept in step. You will also be able to skip
transfer of data, such as accounts. i.e. The home machine could run the
accounting area without updating the laptop. Even invoicing on both machines
will be possible with synchronisation taking place in the evening!
How many clients and horses can I store?
The simple
answer is as many as you like. All the data on the system is unlimited and only
restricted to the size of your hard drive. In practice this is hardly ever going
to be an issue.
I have more than one van
and several farriers. What extra do I have to do?
Nothing. The
system will cater for as many farriers and apprentices as you like, even split
between vans.
Yes. When invoicing you
will select a client. You will then be shown the horses that client owns. Tick a
horse and start invoicing and when ready to invoice another horse simply tick
the new horse and continue invoicing. The invoice will separate each horses
totals for you together with providing an overall total.
