We have provided extreme flexibility here. In our example we are showing a Unit Price of 45.00 and if we add Tax at 15% the Gross figure equates to £51.75.  Perhaps we wish our unit price to be rounded up or down and calculate a gross value also rounded. By the use of this feature we can do that.

The adjustment is applied to the Unit Price which can be positive or negative. For a decrease in unit price simply enter the value into the Adj box with a minus sign before it (i.e. -2.00). The unit price will now be adjusted and the gross value recalculated according to the quantity and the new tax amount (if any). In this way the prices can be adjusted according to choice.

It is important to note that the unit price variation is only temporary for this invoice and does not affect the base unit prices in the Item prices. (i.e. Next time the item reverts to it's usual unit price).
