This First section allows you to enter the history of the horse as presented. any notes from a previous visit will be shown.
Nutrition notes can be entered also if thought to be useful.
The History Abbreviations table allows you to tick various items you may wish to have shown under the history when the chart is printed out which may be referred to in the notes, or simply a quick way of entering history. Likewise with the Observation Abbreviations table.
The Common Phrases for the the history, nutrition, observations, stance & gait and Ongoing care can all be set up in the Options/Setup/Horse/Common Phrases section

An Assessment Chart can be added from the Add Horse screen by pressing the Add button. However, if you are editing a chart you can only ADD TO it but you are not able to erase the old information. The reason being that when you edit a previously saved chart it creates another layer on top of the original chart allowing the old layer to shine through.
If the Quick Chart checkbox has been ticked then you will be taken straight to the screen to create the Chart.
However if the Quick Chart box is left unticked you will be taken to the screen to enter the Add Notes, Assessment Chart, Create Invoice/Work Performed
The second section allows you to create an electronic Assessment Chart. The chart itself can be selected under the Preferences/Charts on the registered version. You can even add your own charts if you wish.
