You will now have clicked on the Invoice & Next appointment button and therefore be ready to invoice this appointment and clicking this button will take you directly to the invoice screen, pre filling the invoice with the client and horse details and also gathering such things as client regular discount and preferred rate.
We show below an example of how the invoicing section affects the Complete Appointment screen:-
You can see that Sheena Easton has had 2 appointment times for 2 different horses on the screen. You can click on any one of the appointments to invoice her horses (you do not have to click on each time and horse). In other words you can enter the invoicing area via any one of the appointments and invoice all or some of her horses.
If you decide to only invoice 3 of 4 horses then when you return to the Complete Appointment, those 3 will have been removed leaving just the one that has not been invoiced.
Note: If the appointment has not been completed but it has been invoiced, then this button will not be available (cannot invoice twice). |
