The Appointments can be customised using the button shown below. An important fact to realise is that the customisation is specific to each view. So if you change the daily view, this is not reflected in the Weekly view for example. This allows for great flexibility.

The new scheme can be saved, used for that session only or reverted to it's default values.

Start and end times -  the Appointments can be customised to reflect your working day.

Interval -   the Appointments normally shows intervals of 30 minutes but can be changed according to taste

Time background -  this is the colour of the background of the time column

Time Text -  this is the colour of the time itself

Appt background -  this is the background colour of the appointment cell

Appt text -  this is the colour of the appointment text

Duration background -  appointments that are greater than the interval time are repeated below with a small down arrow. This is the background colour of this occurrence

Duration text -  this is the colour of the text above

Line height -  this allows the cells to be changed vertically in height. Clearly doing so means you get less appointments per day shown at one time.

Default -  this restores the scheme to the normal settings

Apply -  this makes your changes permanent, taking effect immediately

Save -  this saves your scheme for use at any time, even when the machine has been turned off
