ELPO Charts

When viewing the horse file the Chart button will reveal a list of all ELPO charts associated with that horse.

When Adding/Changing horse details the Chart button will take you into an area where the various charts can be managed. These charts are currently:

Form 101A - COMPLETE:Control Sheet - Pre Evaluation

Form 101B - COMPLETE: Control Sheet - Post Evaluation

Form 102A - E.L.P.O. Hoof Evaluation & Mapping Ratios (BEFORE)

Form 102B - E.L.P.O. Hoof Evaluation & Mapping Ratios (AFTER)

Form 103 - Leverage Testing

Form 104 - Hoof Testing & Application

Form 201 - BASIC: E.L.P.O. Data Collection

Form 301 - WPOTF Research

The management of these screens is shown below:

The screen above shows the main features of the form management area.

Control Number - this is assigned automatically and is made up of the individual unique horse ID number, date and time.

Research Number - enter the research number as required

Date - the date the forms were completed

Measurements - select the appropriate measurement criteria

Initial Shoeing - if this is the first time the horse has been shod then check this box

Reset # - enter the number of resets this horse has had following initial shoeing

The client/horse details are shown to confirm the correct horse is being recorded.

The form buttons allow access to the individual forms.

Imaging/Video - this allows access to the Image Manager where you can record all the digital images, DICOM or video files pertaining to that individual visit.

IMPORTANT HINT: Always try to remember that this window is actually the main form where you manage all the forms. Therefore, the OK button saves all the forms and data entry is not completed until the OK button has been pressed.
