Form 201

When this form opens an instruction window is revealed. This can be turned off by checking the "Do not show at startup" check box. However if you do require instructions at a later date these instructions are available on the Instructions button on the form.

The form can be easily completed by using the tab key which will take you through entry of each control in sequence. The cream entry boxes represent the BEFORE measurements whilst the grey entry boxes represent the AFTER measurements.

The spin boxes can have values 1 to 5 entered and the easiest way to enter the information in these spin boxes is by using the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard.

Pressing OK will return you to the main form but be aware that the form has NOT been saved at this point. This is actioned on the main form OK button.
