Extra Prices

Extra prices use the flexibility of the Horse Type to vary prices.

A "Normal" horse might have an hourly rate of 20 units but we want to vary that rate for differing horse types. So for example, we might want an Awkward horse to be charged 30 units, or a Laminitic horse 25 units.

By entering a horse type and an associated price, then at invoice time the program will check the horse type for the horse being invoiced and if an Extra price exists will use that price in preference to the "Normal" rate. this feature can be overridden when invoicing.
