Not Invoiced

This button allows you to produce a report of all appointments that have not been invoiced for any given period.

A warning message (which can be disabled in Preferences - Reports) warns about accuracy of the report.

The report assumes that the diary has been kept up to date in terms of the client/horse and specifically date of the appointment. The time is irrelevant. At the time of invoicing, the system will check through the diary and using the invoice service date for each invoice line attempt to match up the date, client, horse combination and mark the appointment as having been invoiced if appropriate.
