Product/Service

The Items section of the program is a very flexible area of the system.  It is split into main areas, i.e. Products and Service.

A Product is usually defined as an item that has been purchased and then sold on to the client.  For example a Shoe, nails, pads etc.

Whereas a Service is usually something like an Hourly Charge

It is worth noting that the Stock Control/Inventory will only take effect for Products and not Services.
