Reserve Block

Having selected to Reschedule a Block of Bookings you can now complete the information by selecting the Date to Reserve from and to, by using the calendar.  If the checkbox is ticked you are able to select the Farrier/Trimmer/Vet/Dentist from the dropdown box.  If you tick the Select by Time box you can then choose the Start and End Time.  If you do not select the time then the complete day will be reserved.

The text that you enter in the Text to Display box will appear in the Schedule for that time and if the Meeting radio button is selected this will be shown by the appointment colour coded system.

After you have completed all the relevant information click OK and the bookings will be shown in the Appointments for the day, time,etc.
