Transfer Funds

This facility enables you to transfer funds between Bank Accounts.  Click on Transfer Funds Between Bank Accounts on the Accounts Menu

You can now select the Bank Account to Transfer Funds From, from the drop down box, and the Balance for that account will be shown.  Now select the Account to Transfer Funds To and the Balance for that account will be shown.

The next step is to complete the Transfer Amount box.  The date has been automatically completed for you but this can be changed by clicking on the Calendar.

You will now see that the Transfer Funds button has appeared. Now click the button to Transfer Funds or Cancel to cancel the operation.

If the Transfer has been completed correctly the above screen will be visible. Now click OK.

The balances that you see on the screen should be able to be reconciled with your Banking Accounts at your Bank
