Conditions of purchasing the Windows/Mac version and Mobile combined

As we are sure you appreciate, this is an amazing deal for you but not quite so for us. We are allowing you to pay for the system over 2 years, interest free and receive updates free for life.

That means that we have limited our income but also provided you with software which you are not entitled to "own" until you have paid for the software in full.

A condition therefore of this purchase is that if you cease payments in the first 2 years, then we do have the right to suspend use of both systems until payment has been reinstated or paid in full.

This is a legal entitlement in the software industry in that you do not actually own any software until it has been paid for in full. Any subscription agreement includes this clause.
